FAQ and Troubleshooting

Xstore shows error: "Not connected to the PayServer".
PayServer is not running or not reachable from EFTLink.
Try starting or restarting PayServer. If this action does not solve the error, check if the PayServer's IP and Port are configured correctly in EFTLink's
CyberSourceVisaPW.properties
and restart EFTLink.
Firewall Settings
Make sure that the following Source/Destination combinations are allowed from within your store network(s):

*** Choose rule "PayServer to Gateway" if your firewall settings allow to whitelist hostnames. Use the rule "PayServer to Gateway (Fixed IP)" only if you can whitelist IPs only. If you use the option to whitelist IP, you have to use the
ProviderMode=LIVE_FIXED
setting in the EFTLink Core configuration.
**** Only if using a LAN or Wifi-connected PED, not needed when using USB or Bluetooth.
