Do you support offline transactions?

No. payworks currently does not support offline transactions. This means that a merchant needs to have a working internet connection throughout the transaction process.The transaction is not stored on the card reader or in the application and will be sent directly to our payment gateway, so it cannot be submitted in a batch afterwards.

Plese note: Offline transactions are not to be confused with offline PIN validation, which is supported by us.
