Some shops or locations where you want to deploy card readers have very restrictive network setups. When you are running behind a restrictive firewall setup, you are now able to configure the SDK to use remote endpoints with well known IPs.

Yes there are. Make sure to follow the guide in case you decide to post process signature images before providing them during a transaction. By default you should just use our helper functions directly available in the SDK.

How can I use the Pay Button with iOS Deployment Target 5.1.1?
The Pay Button runs on iOS 7 and up. However, you can still compile your app with a deployment target of iOS 5.1.1 and disable the payment functionality on devices below iOS 7.

If you don't have a backend, you can store the merchantIdentifier & merchantSecretKey locally on the device as described in the two options below.
