How can I see the transactions from my merchants in the Gateway Manager?

You can either see all transactions from your solution or only the transactions of one merchant:
  • Select the Transactions section on the left side of the Gateway Manager to load the transaction overview.
  • To only see transaction of one merchant, select this merchant and switch to the "Transactions" tab below the merchant name.
You can filer transactions by date (range) or status.Select Clear filters to remove all filters.

Transactions

Below is a summary of each column of the transactions.
Date
The transaction's timestamp in UTC time zone.
Merchant
The name of the merchant.
Subject
The subject that has been added to this transaction.
Type
A transaction can have two types.
  • CH: Charge
  • RF: Refund
Scheme
A logo of the used card scheme (if available).
Status
A transaction can have one one of five status.
  • APPROVED: The transaction has been successful.
  • DECLINED: The transaction has been declined.
  • ERROR: There has been an error while the transaction was processed.
  • ABORTED: The transaction has been aborted by the merchant or by the shopper.
  • PENDING: The transaction is currently being processed. Its status will change to one of the above shortly.
Actions
Depending on the type and status of the transaction you can choose from three actions.
  • Show transaction details: To see the status details, processing details, etc. for this transaction. See here for details.
  • Refund: Refund this transaction (availability depends on acquirer)
  • Send electronic receipt: Enter an email address to send a receipt for this transaction. (only visible if your solution uses the Pay Button
