The card reader of a merchant got stolen
or lost, what do I need to do?
You have to make sure that a stolen or lost card reader cannot
be used anymore:
- Look up the merchant in the gateway manager and select the reader.
- Deactivate the reader.
- Detach the reader from the merchant.
- Inform us at [email protected].
