The card reader of a merchant got stolen or lost, what do I need to do?

You have to make sure that a stolen or lost card reader cannot be used anymore:

  1. Look up the merchant in the gateway manager and select the reader.
  2. Deactivate the reader.
  3. Detach the reader from the merchant.
  4. Inform us at readers@payworksmobile.com.
